SECOND ANNUAL SCIENCE EXHIBITION 2022.
In
today’s era, education is not only confined to reading and writing but linked
to the holistic development of children. This is the reason Burhani School( Pre
Primary, Primary, Secondary O level, A level) is leaving no stone unturned to
help students to experiment with their knowledge and are providing them with
different opportunities to showcase their skills. These include exhibitions,
special assemblies, presentations, house meetings, debates, Spelling bees,
quizzes, public speaking, drawing competitions, etc.
The
days, 20th and 21st May, 2022 were innovative and experimental days for all the
students as we conducted the Science Exhibition by Pre Primary, Primary, and
Secondary School students on a live platform. A science exhibition is a
wonderful tool that engages students in learning new facts. It develops in them
the curiosity to learn more in an interesting and experiential way.
The
event commenced with an opening ceremony by School Board Members followed by
greetings and welcome notes by students. Motivational words by our school
Principal, Head of schools, encouraged us to progress with the event with more
confidence.
Exhibitions
encourage students to think critically, solve challenging problems, and develop
skills such as oral communication, public speaking, research, teamwork,
planning, self-sufficiency, goal-setting, or technological and online literacy
i.e. skills that will help prepare them for college, modern careers and adult life.
